Seastar Cruises

Seastar Cruises premium luxury cruise combines the outer Great Barrier Reef with a pristine coral cay island. The fast-air-conditioned catamaran, Seastar, can take you from Cairns to magnificent Michaelmas Cay, a seabird and turtle sanctuary.

This is also the largest of the local uninhabited coral cays. After a spectacular snorkel/dive, we have an all-inclusive buffet lunch onboard. Then, we make our way to Hastings reef, arriving in only 20 minutes. It is 30 nautical miles out from Cairns.

On our return cruise we pass Oyster reef, Upolu cay and Green Island, arriving at Cairns at approximately 4:15pm. Seastar is the boutique reef tour – taking a maximum of only 36 per day.
