Scuba training and lessons should focus on quality rather than quantity. As divers we have seen a trend towards training people with an emphasis on speed and numbers rather than making good, safe divers. Our Scuba instructors are highly respected and professional. Several times each year our staff has meetings to discuss how we can make our courses and ourselves better. We are never satisfied and are always looking to improve the way we do things. We hire people to teach our courses based on their qualifications and not just the agency for which they teach.. That means we have instructors available from PADI, NAUI, TDI, SDI, etc... and are always looking for others who share our viewpoint that they must be dedicated to training quality first.
