Situated along North Carolina's Outer Banks, Olympus Dive Center is perfectly positioned to explore the Graveyard of the Atlantic. North Carolina offers a variety of historic shipwrecks. Most notable is the U352 a world-renowned WWII German U-Boat. She rests in 115 ft of clear, warm water. Average summer temperatures are 72-80 Degrees with offshore visibility averaging 75+ feet. The Gulf Stream brings warm, nutrient-rich water up from the South Atlantic. Our wrecks host marine life from tiny tropicals to large pelagics. A large population of Sand Tiger sharks also inhabit many of our shipwrecks. Olympus offers all levels of diving and training from beginner to Dive Master and has 2 dive boats located on our docks directly behind the dive shop.
