Requirements
- Minimum age: 10+
- Min. certification: Open Water Certification required
- Min logged dives: None
- If it has been a year or more since your last dive you may need to start with a refresher dive or the PADI Reactivate Programme
What to expect
After check-in formalities at the dive centre (including ensuring that you have insurance for diving) you prepare your kit and listen to the dive briefing. You are welcome to help yourself to tea or coffee during this time or soft drinks are available for a small charge.
We then make the short drive to Los Cristianos harbour where our 7.5m RIB is moored. The boat journeys take from 5 to 20 minutes during which we will be on the lookout for dolphins who love the easy pickings at the fish farms which we pass. We make a dive of 45-50 minutes then return to the harbour for a surface interval spent at the beach kiosk.
After the dive one of our team will bring you back to the dive centre for a hot shower and to complete logbooks or, if you prefer, you can return to your accommodation directly from the harbour.

Pick Up Information
We are happy to pick you up from your accommodation within a wide zone in the South of the island, from Hotel Ritz-Carlton Abama on the West coast to El Medano on the East coast. The pick up time will be advised but will be between 08.00 and 09.00. Please wait outside the main entrance of your accommodation and be looking out for the Aqua-Marina white minibus. Drop off is available from mid afternoon onwards.
