GVI Mexico

At GVI Puerto Morelos we are focused on generating divers with a high degree of environmental awareness. We are a dive school with a focus on marine conservation. Our participants get dive courses and  certifications including PADI´s unique specialty: Coral Reef Restoration Diver.  We train participants in scientific underwater monitoring and  they in turn assist our partners in obtaining data of the health of the local coral reefs as well as participating in activities of their coral restoration project. Located between to mayor tourism HUB (Cancun/Playa del Carmen)  Puerto Morelos stills offers the charm of a small fishing town.

We work with long term participants enrolled in GVI´s volunteer programs.
