Horizon II

Horizon II is a type of yacht that is rarely seen in Maldives today

Horizon II is a traditionally built wooden yacht that is perfect for families or a small diving group. It is the agile adventurer that will take you to the most remote locations of the Maldives, where you can enjoy the secluded beaches and waters of the Maldives.

What you can expect

Launched in 1997, the Horizon II can sleep up to 14 passengers (but we will not accept more than 12 persons) in 7 Double cabin. Each cabin has individual showers and toilets attached. The Horizon II boat is a favorite among our Divers, Surfers and the Crew.

In the Salon, guests can find differant varieties of media entertainment including a TV and DVD, movies, as well as board games.

Horizon II offers full board meals - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with desserts are served. Guests can enjoy the dining facilities on the Front Deck in a breath taking scenery and fresh air or in the Indoor Dining Room. Complimentry tea and coffee are available on board at all times.

On the Sun Deck, guests can relax and chill-out on the lounge chairs with mattresses - enjoy the sun bathing. Horizon II also can provide fishing gear, a Beach BBQ and Island Tours for guests. Scuba Diving is not the only Water sport Horizon II offers, Surfers who want to catch some good waves in the Indian Ocean are also welcome.

In addition, all diving is done from the dive dhoni boat, which provides comfort and functionality at the same time. All the equipment stays on the dive dhoni (compressors, tanks etc.) in order to keep the noise away from the main boat when filling the tanks.

Horizon II has 6 comfortable guest cabins, it can accommodate up to 12 guests per trip. All cabins are air-conditioned and have a view of the beautiful scenery. Each cabin consists of a bathroom with hot and cold water. 2 Double Cabins with a Double bed with an extra Single bed, 4 Twin Cabins with two Single beds (bunk style)

Diving 17 dives per week, including 1 Night Dive, depending on conditions. Only 2 dives will be provided on the day before the cruise ends. No dives \re provided on the day of arrival and departure. An Experienced Guide will lead all Dives whilst onboard the Horizon II.
