Buzios Divers

Búzios Divers is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center based in Armação dos Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, with our own dive shop and accommodations right in the heart of town. We offer daily boat dives, full PADI course offerings from beginner to advanced, and a welcoming base for independent travelers, groups, and dive schools alike.

Our flagship site is Ilha de Âncora, the best dive site in the state of Rio de Janeiro, with large schools of fish, rays, and resident sea turtles. Conditions there range up to 40 meters depth, with dive profiles suited to every level, water temperatures of 21 to 24°C, and visibility from 15 up to 30 meters.

Beyond Ilha de Âncora, we also dive João Fernandes, one of Búzios' most iconic bays, including night dives that reveal a completely different side of the reef after dark. Between our two main sites, divers of every certification level and interest find something new to explore.

We welcome everyone from complete beginners (Discover Scuba Diving) through certified divers pursuing Advanced, Rescue, and specialty courses. Our team is committed to safety, quality instruction, and protecting the marine environment that makes Búzios one of Brazil's best diving destinations.
