Wish Point is a dive site located at Isla Canales de Afuera and begins at the point of a small island. The dive starts close to the rock, where snappers and jacks are commonly seen along the way.

Wish Point is a dive site located at Isla Canales de Afuera and begins at the point of a small island. The dive starts close to the rock, where snappers and jacks are commonly seen along the way.
The route leads to a large rock formation made up of three massive rocks, which form an active cleaning station covered in hard corals. Here, sea turtles are often seen being cleaned, while white-tip reef sharks rest on the sandy bottom nearby.
After this section, divers cross a sandy area that is sometimes covered with large numbers of starfish. Following a swim of about 10 minutes, the dive reaches another rock and coral formation, where turtles are usually feeding and frogfish can occasionally be spotted.
The final section is shallow and features large coral formations. Eagle rays are often seen here, and with plankton in the water, manta rays and whale sharks may appear. Wish Point always has a way of surprising divers.
