Cahaya Bersama is a 30m long traditional Phinisi sailing boat constructed using locally sourced iron, wood, red teak and mahogany.
The Cahaya Bersama operates in Indonesia, offering year-round dive liveaboard trips between Pulau Moyo, Komodo & Raja Ampat, where you can experience some of the best diving in the world.
Small dive groups and spacious cabins
The Cahaya Bersama, which means 'light for everyone', sleeps nine guests in four private and comfortable cabins. All cabins have air-conditioning, low-voltage lighting and en-suite bathrooms with flushing marine toilets, sinks and hot showers. With only nine divers onboard, your diving trip will feel really exclusive and personal.
Open-air bar and restaurants for ocean-view dining
There are six crew members, including a western cruise director, local sailors, a divemaster and the captain. There is a large open area on the vessel to eat and socialize with a bar where you can enjoy stunning sunsets and a covered dining area. Here the crew serves great food (halal) both Indonesian and western, freshly prepared, you will be angry after a day diving, trekking or snorkeling. Any specific dietary requirements can be added at booking, please limit these request to religious beliefs or food allergies.
Plenty of fresh water for showering
Two towels are included, one for use in the cabin and the other for use on the deck, and there is a water maker providing ample fresh water for all guests, so you don't need to worry about having an extra shower or rinsing the cameras one more time! The separate zodiac will bring you to dive sites that can’t be reached by boat and can be used for drift dives.
