Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. If you've always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves.
The PADI Freediver is a two day course.
First, you can prepare the theory through self study with the PADI e-learning. Once you have finished the theory and videos you are ready for action, we will teach you in our own BB pool everything you need to know about relaxation and breathing techniques, followed by confined water training in static and dynamic apnea from the beach or in the pool. You will learn about freediving equipment, safety regulations and the physics & physiology of freediving. You will be amazed of your progress and feel ready for a breathold of 2 minutes with ease.
Then, on your second trainings day, we'll take you out to practice your new freediving skills in open water, after this training day you will be able to freedive between 10 to 16 meters.
We pick up in all hotels on the west coast of Koh Chang, pick up time will be arranged beforehand. Please indicate your hotel name and address on the checkout page The dive center will reconfirm your pick up time and location at the latest one day in advance
