The liveaboard Blue Planet 1 offers Dive Safari Adventurers a more personalized experience while exploring the Red Sea’s best dive sites. The outstanding diving in Hurghada is renowned for its great visibility and macro life and is truly an underwater photographer’s heaven. Between the abundant marine life, the diversity of Wrecks, Reefs and Muck Diving, the Red Sea will be the Dive Safari of a lifetime. With itineraries for all levels of experience and visits to World class sites such as the Brother Islands, Elphinstone Reef, Thistlegorm, and Daedalus Reef, the dive vacation aboard Blue Planet 1 will meet and exceed all expectations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The modern and comfortable liveaboard Blue Planet 1 is 89 feet (27m) long and has an experienced crew of 6 whose main language is English. This yacht was especially designed with Divers in mind and accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 elegantly designed cabins. The air-conditioned cabins are available in the following styles: Upper Deck Double bed cabin with lots of light and Lower Deck Twin bed cabins. Every cabin is beautifully furnished and wood trimmed with port holes on the Lower Deck and windows on the Upper Deck. All cabins have a private bathroom, hot showers, cabinet for storage and bedding. It is the perfect place for privacy, napping and sleeping to the gentle rocking of the ocean waves.

Blue Planet 1 offers Dive Adventurers all the comforts of a great hotel combined with the best diving in the Red Sea.

Between dives, guests can enjoy a variety of leisure time activities. Take a nap in the comfort of the cabins or congregate in the air-conditioned main lounge with large-screen TV and DVD player for watching movies or listening to music. The Blue Planet 1 has free Wi-Fi so guests can stay connected with family and friends during the vacation. After diving, visit the Bar with your dive buddy and enjoy your favorite drink while recapping the day’s dives. During the day guests can spend their spare time relaxing on the cushioned lounge chairs on the shaded Sundeck. If working on your tan is what you desire, there is plenty of room on deck to soak up the sun and enjoy the warm tropical breezes and incredible seascapes. Snorkeling or fishing are also options between dives on the liveaboard Blue Planet 1.

Blue Planet 1 makes serving outstanding food a priority in order to prepare Divers for the action packed dives

The crew understands that excellent and abundant food should be a given for any excellent dive safari vacation. Guests will be filled and satisfied with an extensive range of culinary delights served buffet-style three times a day. Specialty diets can be accommodated with advanced notice and there is a selection of Vegetarian and Halal options. Snacks will be provided between meals as well as bottled soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee. Local wines, beers, mixers and diet drinks are available for purchase.
