Start your professional diving career Open Water Diver instructor with the IDC program through Aquasub.
Once you've registered, we'll send you your Crew Pak eLearning instructor. We'll also send you a link to the first meeting and explain how both the theoretical and practical portions of the course will unfold.
Once we've completed the theory and everything that can be done online, we'll schedule the in-person sessions, which we'll try to match to the closest available IE. Only if we have a group of at least six candidates can we request a dedicated IE.
NOTE: IE fees must be paid directly to PADI; they are not included in the course price. The same fees apply for EFR Instructor and Open Water Diver Instructor, and are paid once the IE is passed.
IEs in Colombia are held twice a year. Aquasub will let you know the authorized dates, so that, based on these, a schedule can be scheduled for completion close to a final exam.
You can contact us to find out which is the next IE we'll be holding in Colombia, so you can schedule the IDC completion date and the IE.
We are going to start the theoretical part online, the candidate will arrive directly at the diving center on the agreed date to start the face-to-face part of the course. In this order, it will only require fewer days to do your face-to-face part and be prepared to attend the nearest IE.
