Information related to COVID at the Resort
In regards to the CDC (Disease Control and Prevention ) requirements for travelers, the Resort is providing guests, free of charge (up to 2 persons per room), staying a minimum of 5 nights, the opportunity to have their Antigen Test done on-property. If their stay is less than 5 nights, or there is 3rd guest in the room, Antigen Tests will have a special price of $25USD plus tax, per person.
Guests can schedule directly with our Concierge team upon arrival.
The results will be delivered in a print or electronic format consistent with the CDC requirements, within 3 – 4 hours.
In case of PCR test, these can also be done on property, at clients expense, price is $130.00 US plus tax, per person.
Furthermore, as a preventive measure, guests may acquire a protection plan “Assist Card” at check-in, with the intention that, if they test positive for COVID-19 during their stay, they have an isolation room for up to 2 guests per room and a maximum of 14 days.
This protection has a special price (according to guest age) as follows:
0 to 69 years old – $5.00 US plus 16% tax, per night per person
70 to 74 years old – $7.50 plus 16% tax per night per person
75 + years old - $10.00 US plus 16% tax, per night per person
The isolation room will have a special price of $10 USD plus taxes, per night per person. Guests will have the opportunity to request to the protection service supplier the reimbursement for accommodation and food expenses caused by the trip extension due to COVID-19 from $100 USD per person per day up to $1,500 USD in total per person, and up to $1,000 USD per person for the difference in fare or penalty for delayed or early return trip.
