This is related to the MPox virus.

Please, complete this after check in from your own country (or whichever country you are travelling to Indonesia from) as it requires your flight seat number.

Please be aware that as of September 1, 2023 there is a new electronic customs declaration procedure in effect for all international airports in Indonesia. Please use this QR code/link that you must complete at least 48 hours before your arrival at Jakarta, Denpasar, or Manado (international airports in Indonesia). This is a mandatory requirement, there are no paper forms available, and you are required to either scan the barcode or click the link to access the form, which will appear promptly. If you do not have a mobile phone there are computers available in the customs area.

The Komodo National Park Rangers have recently announced that a footwear rule is now in place for all individuals participating in the guided forest trekking portion of the Rinca Island land excursion. According to the new regulation, closed-toed shoes are mandatory during the forest trekking segment of the Rinca Island Komodo Dragon trekking experience.
