  • Non è richiesta alcuna esperienza subacquea. Devi godere di una buona salute fisica ed essere in grado di galleggiare per 10 minuti e nuotare senza aiuto per 200 m senza fermarti.

Cosa aspettarsi

Inizia il tuo corso comodamente da casa tua con il PADI eLearning®. Mentre le aule possono essere utili per chiunque preferisca l'apprendimento di persona, PADI eLearning® ti consente di impostare il tuo ritmo e completare il tuo studio ovunque ti senti a tuo agio. Quindi salta nell'elemento piscina/acqua delimitata del percorso. Qui è dove potrai fare il tuo primo respiro sott'acqua. Ti eserciterai nell'uso dell'attrezzatura subacquea con il tuo istruttore finché non ti sentirai a tuo agio. Durante le sessioni in acque confinate imparerai le competenze di base in ordine progressivo. Ogni abilità, come ascendere o liberare la maschera, si basa su quelle precedenti. L'addestramento PADI include “mini immersioni” pratiche per aiutarti ad acquisire fiducia nelle tue nuove abilità e permetterti di mettere alla prova le tue abilità in una varietà di scenari.
