Arrival

• The closest airport is Daniel Oduber Int'l in Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR)
• A Bill Beard’s Costa Rica representative will pick guests up from the airport and transfer them to the resort (flight details required, advance booking required, additional cost applies). The representative will be wearing a Bill Beard’s Costa Rica shirt and holding a sign with the guest’s last name outside the airport exit doors. If you do not immediately see the representative, please look to the right side of the exit area.
• Private transfers from Liberia Airport to the resort are available upon request.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

Departure

• Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Airport transfers back to Liberia International Airport (LIR) can be arranged through Bill Beard’s Costa Rica (flight details required, advance booking required, additional cost applies). Pick-up from the resort is scheduled approximately 3 hours before flight departure time.
• Guests are kindly requested to advise the reception staff in advance about their scheduled airport transfer.

Diving

• On diving days, guests should be ready in the lobby for a 7:30 AM pick-up. Please ask the reception staff to notify the front gate that a Rocket Frog representative will be arriving for the transfer to avoid delays entering the property.
