Truly unique, offering the experience of a lifetime diving the rainforest in platypus waters. Includes platypus and aquatic education. World's first rainforest dive in clear waters where you see an amazing array of fish, turtles, prawns and turtles.
Our dive takes place in the rainforest in platypus waters where you could be one of the few lucky ones to be in the water at the same time as a platypus.
We meet at the dive shop, learn about the platypus and then, with more photos, the aquatic animals that we'll see. There are several species of fish, prawns, eels and turtles with the Irwin turtle being endemic to this area.
Once the education side is done we'll put our gear together then head to the dive site. There's no set time limit on the dive so we can take our time and really enjoy watching the animals we find. Once the dive is finished we head back, stow the gear and talk about the dive.
All photos that were taken will be put up on Facebook in your own album for you to see and tag yourself. An email will be sent to you for a direct link so you can find your pics easily.
When the houses start on the right hand side, look for the blue highset with a PADI sign in the driveway and a school bus stop opposite. The shop is under the house.
