We are in the delightful seaside village of Palermo which is Sferracavallo, at the gates of the Capo Gallo - Isola delle Femmine Marine Protected Area, in front of the beach called "Zotta".
The location is equipped to offer the necessary amenities mainly for educational activities and training courses. 
We do not offer Fun Dives or other excursions in the area, unless organized on reservation for the students of our classes.

What to expect

Ustica Island is 36 marine miles from Palermo, so you will need to get the hydrofoil to reach the island.

Purchase your ticket for the early morning hydrofoil (check timetable on website www.libertylines.it) which will bring you to Ustica in 1,5 hours.

You will meet us at the embarking dock - i could be at  09:00 or at 11:00  - ready to go for the One Day Snorkeling  Excursion. The equipment you asked for will be ready on board for you.

You will embark aboard and go for the snorkeling guided tour, which will take place at some point of day, depending on the schedule . We might stay on board for the whole trip or decide to come back to the port and go for the second dive site later, depending on sea conditions or other logistics. 

Between 14:00 - 16:00  you'll be back at the harbour and eventually have time for extra refreshment at the bar before leaving. 

Afternoon hydrofoil will bring you back to Palermo - the last one.  (check timetable on website www.libertylines.it)

Suggestion: bring a snack or packet lunch with you, the day can be long at sea!

How to get there

IMPORTANT NOTE: The hydrofoil trip is served by Liberty Lines and it is NOT INCLUDED in our services. You will need to book your trip in advance and purchase your roundtrip ticket on the website. COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION: STEP 1) PURCHASE YOUR HYRDOFOIL TICKET ONLINE https://www.libertylines.it. STEP 2) CONTACT us by email to [email protected] referring to your PADI TRAVEL reservation nr.: you will get instructions to complete your reservation with extra details and the forms to fill out (online). You will depart from Palermo's harbour with the early morning hydrofoil (Liberty Lines 7:00) PLEASE SEND US A WHATSAPP OR TEXT MESSAGE TO +39.0916911944 at departure, so we are sure you're coming! Once you will land in Ustica, less than a 5 minutes walk along the only road you find ahead and get to the opposite dock of Cala Santa Maria, which is our mooring dock and meeting point . There is only one way from the arrival terminal, you won't miss us! In case, give us a call. Please, make sure you get an answer from us directly to confirm your trip.
