We know that your holiday is not just about diving but also the social environment, local events, a culture of a country, island and city are defining your choice where you wish to spend your holiday.
Vela Luka is special because the village has been settled since the ancient time, founded in the 15th century, and it dev eloped into a fisherman's village and later into a wonderful little town. It owes its charm to the typical Mediterranean popular architecture.

You will have a great time with lovely people around and you'll enjoy the mediterranean food. After diving, you and your kids, if you are coming with your family, will experience and appreciate the relaxed unspoiled nature and the outdoor lifestyle in Vela Luka and surroundings!

What to expect

The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. Available also in eLearning, the first phase of this training is Knowledge Development, which includes lessons on popular specialty dives. In the second phase you'll practice underwater navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing. During the final phase, after some skill practice with your instructor, you'll make five open water dives. There's no exam because this course is truly about having fun and gaining experience. For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward PADI® specialty certifications.

All our divers meet us at our PADI 5 Star Dive resort. The dive center is located at the beachfront with a large seaside terrace and with a great view over the bay
