PADI 5 Star Dive Center

The dives are lead by either an instructor or guide, for every 4 divers. Before each dive we conduct a safety briefing during which we explain the route of the dive and the characteristics of the dive site. Divers with experience may, if they wish, dive independent of the guide, providing that they follow the rules of the centre. We frequent around fifty different dive sites many of which are within the Marine Reserve, with excellent visability (more than 25 metres). Rocky bottoms, caves and wrecks combined with the abundant life will make your diving an unforgetable experience.

Diving is a passionate activity, even more so with good and enjoyable training.

At our school you will enjoy a happy, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
From your first dive you will enjoy unforgetable experiences. We will ensure your safety and fun so you can enjoy your new adventures.
The centre offers instruction in the PADI system ( recognised world wide). Courses are available in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
Courses generally run Monday to Friday, however, it is also possible to do courses at weekends.
We require a medical certificate and two passport photos for all the courses.

All the necessary diving equipment and course material is included within the course price.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18+
Min. certification: Divemaster Certification required
Min logged dives: 60 logged dives required
"📜 Health and Fitness • Present a medical certificate signed by a doctor (less than 12 months old) certifying fitness to dive. 🌍 Experience and Training • Have been scuba diving certified for at least 6 months prior to starting the IDC. • Have completed recent first aid training if your EFR certification is not up to date. 🔹 Additional recommendations • A good command of diving techniques and PADI standards. • Have complete and well-maintained diving equipment. • Ideally, have some experience accompanying divers."

What to expect

From the moment you arrive at DUNE Baleares Menorca, our Course Director will welcome you, introduce you to the IDC program, and introduce you to your group of future instructors.

🔹 Day after day, you'll alternate between interactive theory sessions, practical pool workshops, and open water training exercises. You'll learn how to teach diving, perfect your demonstrations, and manage students safely.

🔹 Put your knowledge into practice under real-world conditions and receive personalized guidance to prepare for the Instructor Exam (IE).

🔹 Experience a complete immersion in the world of professional diving, share experiences with other enthusiasts, and strengthen your confidence as an instructor.

🔹 The program concludes with an evaluation session and a celebration of your achievements. You'll be fully prepared to pass your IE and begin your career as a PADI Instructor! 🎉🌊
