Highlights

The instructor development course will take you from professional diver to Instructor level. You will follow the elearning program for a few days and then you will learn through theory presentations, confined water sessions and open water sessions.

This is a two-part course - the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18+
Min. certification: Advanced Open Water Certification required
Min logged dives: +50 logged dives required
To start IDC, you need to be Divemaster with 100 dives logged (our dive center offers internships if you don't yet have these requirements).

What to expect

During the three week course, you will have elearning program for the diving knowledge, the course director will give you the direction to follow and after few days you will learn how to teach a diving course, in the classroom, in the pool and in open water.

We start at 8:30 am and lunch will be provide during the course. After the session, you will be given homework for the next day.

This course will give you the opportunity to dive differently, to understand how to teach PADI dive courses and increase your responsibilities as a PADI Instructor.
