Be prepared and learn all essential skills for helping others in an emergency. An accident can happen anytime, anywhere. Whether it’s a burn, scrape, broken bone, or something even more serious, it’s important to know what steps to take.
The EFR Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond and provide care when faced with life-threatening emergencies and EFR Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Get hands-on experience administering CPR and AED using a special mannequin, practice bandaging and splinting, and apply your new skills in a role-playing scenario.
This course combines flexible self-study and in-person training.
Arriving by car our adress is Könizstrasse 157, 3097 Liebefeld and we are easiest located by using GPS. Arriving by foot, we recommend taking the bus Nr. 17 to "Köniz, Weiermatt" and use "Bern, Hardegg Vidmar" as your last station. From the stop it is only a 2 - 5 minute walk to get to our store. We are located right next the store "Spar" and in front of "Vidmarhallen".
