What to expect

During the Emergency First Response course at Sierra Madre Divers in Bohol, Philippines, you can expect a combination of classroom sessions and hands-on training scenarios to help you learn and apply first aid skills. The course typically covers topics such as primary and secondary care, CPR and AED use, injury and illness assessment, and more. 

You'll work with experienced EFR instructors who will guide you through the materials and provide feedback as you practice your skills. By the end of the course, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to respond to medical emergencies both in and out of the water.
