PADI 5 Star Dive CenterOur PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) provides you with the tools you need throughout your teaching career to train divers in classroom, confined water and open water settings. We will teach and develop your skills to use these tools.
PADI Platinum Course Director Richard and the Downbelow Go PRO team will help you develop a clear understanding of the PADI philosophy of continuing education and the full range of PADI programs. We'll show you how to use the teaching materials and tools, including digital products, available to you as a PADI Instructor.
Teaching is an easy and exciting experience once you understand the basic teaching methods and full use of the PADI system! The programs are performance-based; Feedback and encouragement for your improvement is guaranteed throughout the course to keep you informed of your progress and knowledge.
Our resident Platinum PADI Course Director Richard Swann delivers the course orientation that officially begins the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC). Orientation includes a daily schedule so everyone knows what to expect from the program and all components of the course.
Our modern classrooms at our headquarters will be used for the PADI Instructor Development Course presentations by Richard and his Go PRO team as well as the IDC candidates. Knowledge development presentations on topics such as diving theory build on the candidate's knowledge base and are essential to teaching students.
Our colleague will be waiting at the Waiting Hut, Sutera Marina Jetty latest by 0730 hrs. He will be wearing a Dive Downbelow T-shirt. This is the meeting point from where we guide you to our boat and whisk you away to our dive centre!
