The PADI Open Water Diver course is the complete beginner course and the most successful diving course in the world. It includes five theory lessons, five lessons to learn diving skills in shallow water or in the pool and 4 open water dives.
Our course consists of three parts, the theory part, the pool units and the open water dives in deeper water. You need four days, each on two weekends. You develop the theory yourself at home and whenever you like and have time. Before the course starts, however, the theoretical part must be completed and you must have completed your exam, which also takes place online. Of course, if you prefer to learn with a book, you can, but there are additional costs.
In the lake we then start with the so-called pool units. Here we present exercises in shallow water. You have enough time to practice and master them.
During the four open water dives you demonstrate to us in the deeper water (up to 7 m) all skills that you have learned in shallow water and that you can master them safely. After successful completion, you will receive your PADI Open Water Diver certification. This allows you to dive up to 18m deep worldwide and to borrow equipment on any base.
This complete course includes everything you need for a successful course (e-learning, complete equipment including bottle and lead, basic fee).
Extra cost for paper-based learning materials, additional appointments, travel, personal expenses such as meals and drinks.
Our base is in the Strausberg cultural park.
