What to expect

Validate the Basic FREEDIVER PADI level in TWO HALF DAYS! Thanks to a little theory (e-learning) and practice in our ponds and our 6-meter pit, you will get surprising results. Learn the basic principles of freediving at your own pace and focus on the practice in our Aquatic Center. These principles will give you the skills and training to perform static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters. The PADI Basic Freediver course being your first freediving course, you will quickly make incredible progress.
