Min logged dives: None
No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. Before diving, you will need to complete the PADI Standard Medical questionnaire, if any of your answers are positive (you have to answer yes to any question) then you will need a letter or form signed and stamped by a registered doctor stating that in his or her opinion you are fit to dive.

What to expect

You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. When you make your open water dive, you’ll practice some more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear. Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive. Have fun swimming around and exploring. After your first dive we will have a short surface interval where coffee/tea and biscuits are provided and then off for your second dive which we guarantee you will enjoy even more
