The PADI Freediver course is the first step to discovering the freediving world! If you always liked the idea to explore the sea in a different and unique way then this course is for you. We offer also the opportunity to freedive to the famous Museum Atlantico, only here in Lanzarote!
Join us at Timanfaya Hotel in Playa Blanca or Dive College Lanzarote, where you'll meet our experienced freediving instructor for a comprehensive course. Begin with an informative introduction to the course overview and the theory behind freediving.
We'll then dive into practical sessions, focusing on swimming, static and dynamic apnea, as well as engaging in breathing exercises and stretching routines to improve your performance.
For the open water sessions, we'll head to the beautiful freediving spot in Puerto del Carmen, where you'll have the opportunity to reach a maximum depth of 10 meters, gradually building your confidence. You'll practice both free immersion and constant weight techniques under the guidance of our expert instructor.
The course will be conducted between Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen, and transportation will be provided if required.
To ensure a solid foundation, there will be an online theory component before the course begins, including an exam to assess your understanding. This will provide you with the necessary knowledge to fully enjoy and excel in your freediving journey.
Dive college lanzarote is a nice dive center located straight on the coastline.
