PADI Enriched Air Diver: Maximize Your Dives with Nitrox

The PADI Nitrox course is designed to be convenient, flexible, and focused on practical skills. Here’s what to expect:

1. Knowledge Development

   • You’ll start with a self-paced online eLearning module or classroom session.

   • Learn how enriched air affects your body, how to plan Nitrox dives, and understand oxygen exposure limits.

2. Practical Application Session

   • Practice using an oxygen analyzer to check your tank’s mix.

   • Learn how to set your dive computer for Nitrox and manage your depth and bottom time accordingly.

3. Nitrox Dives

   • Some dive centers offer the chance to do real dives with Nitrox to put your knowledge into action.

   • These are not required for certification but are highly recommended!

4. Certification

   • Once you've completed the knowledge review and practical session, you’ll receive your PADI Enriched Air Diver certification, allowing you to dive with Nitrox up to 40% oxygen anywhere in the world.
