What to expect

Esta es la versión eLearning del curso PADI Open Water Diver. Esto quiere decir que pasarás tiempo aprendiendo en casa en vez de en el propio lugar, lo cual hace de esta una excelente opción si cuentas con un período de tiempo limitado. El curso PADI Open Water Diver consiste de tres fases principales. La primera es el desarrollo de conocimientos, que cubre todo lo que necesitas saber sobre técnicas básicas, terminología y procedimientos de seguridad en buceo. La segunda son las inmersiones en aguas confinadas, que son sesiones de entrenamiento realizadas en una piscina o en aguas con condiciones similares a las de una piscina. Tendrás la oportunidad de acostumbrarte al equipo que usarás y de practicar las habilidades básicas de buceo y las técnicas de seguridad. La tercera son las inmersiones en aguas abiertas. Esto es el objetivo principal: realizar tus primeras inmersiones en el océano. Durante las cuatro inmersiones desarrollarás varias habilidades bajo el agua y en la superficie para asegurar que cuentas con las habilidades de seguridad y competencias requeridas para bucear. ¡En cuanto tu instructor apruebe tus inmersiones de entrenamiento en aguas abiertas obtendrás tu certificación PADI Open Water Diver! Esto significa que podrás alquilar equipo de buceo y bucear en cualquier lugar del mundo en una profundidad de hasta 18 metros de por vida.
