Welcome to Neptune Diving Resort, your premier destination for world-class scuba diving in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. As a PADI Five Star Instructor Development and Scuba Diving Center, we offer the highest level of scuba diving education and training, led by our team of experienced and knowledgeable PADI professionals.

Our resort is located on the beautiful island of Cebu, where you'll find some of the best dive sites in the world. We offer a range of dive packages for all levels of divers, from beginner to advanced, and our PADI professionals will help you to discover the incredible underwater world of Moalboal. Our resort is situated on the beachfront, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to some of the best dive sites in the area.

At Neptune, we're committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for our guests. We offer a wide range of PADI courses, from the Bubblemaker course for kids to the Instructor Development Course (IDC) for aspiring dive professionals. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Min. certification: Advanced Open Water Certification required
  • Min logged dives: +50 logged dives required
  • Be a certified PADI Rescue Diver or have an equivalent rating. (If equivalent candidate must submit proof of CPR and first aid training within the past 24 months.)
* Have completed and logged at least 40 dives as documented by the individual’s personal logbook. Note: at least 60 dives are required to complete the program and we offer UNLIMITED diving.
* Be at least 18 years old at the start of training.
* Submit medical clearance for diving signed by a physician, attesting to fitness to dive.

What to expect

We at Neptune Diving Resorts in both Moalboal and Santader,Cebu, Philippines have been training PADI Divemasters since 1994. Our highly qualified and experienced dive staff will help you get the most out of your dive training.We take the training very seriously obviously with serious amount of fun thrown in. Our training has been deemed as the most comprehensive in Philippines by those that know our methods. We treat our Divemaster candidates like customers, not like slaves, so you can focus on learning the material and not on carrying tanks.
