What to expect

Essential Lifesaving Skills
When you enroll in the Emergency First Response (EFR) Course at Amigo's Dive Center, a prestigious PADI 5-star scuba diving center in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines, you will gain essential lifesaving skills and knowledge. The course covers basic first aid, CPR, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), preparing you to respond confidently in emergencies on land and underwater.

Guided Learning and Hands-On Practice
Your experienced instructor will guide you through clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises. Starting with a thorough briefing on emergency response and staying calm under pressure, you’ll watch live demonstrations before practicing each skill yourself.
