What to expect

Day 1 Morning:

Theory review and pool session
Breathing - Relaxation - Final Breath - Recovery Breathing - Safety - Rescue
Static apnea
Dynamic apnea with and without fins - Kicking techniques

Day 1 Afternoon:

Open water session 1 => Maximum of 10m
Relaxation - Equalisation with Frenzel - Buddy system
FIM (Free Immersion) technique
Duckdive
Use of safety lanyard
CWT (Constant Weight)
Surface Safety and Rescue

Day 2 Morning:

Open water session 2 => Maximum of 16m
Keep practicing working on techniques
Body and streamline position in FIM and CWT
Safety and Rescue from 5m deep

Day 2 Afternoon:

Fun dive and extra practice
