PADI Freediver Course:

Embark on a Three-Phased Adventure:

E-Learning and Theory Mastery
- Discover the Essentials: Engage with the PADI Freediver eLearning modules to grasp the foundational principles of freediving.
- Examination: Successfully complete the theory exam to validate your understanding.
- Format: Online or instructor-led classroom sessions, tailored to your language needs.
Pool Training at Hamdan Sports Complex
- Schedule: Choose either Tuesday or Friday, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
- Skill Development: Hone your breath-holding abilities and learn both static and dynamic apnea.
- Achievement Targets:
  - Attain a static apnea duration of 90 seconds.
  - Accomplish a dynamic apnea distance of 25 meters/80 feet.
Open Water Immersion in Dibba, Fujairah
- Real-World Application: Apply your skills in free immersion and constant weight freediving.
- Buddy System Proficiency: Learn and practice effective buddy procedures.
- Performance Goals:
  - Achieve a constant weight freedive to 10 meters/30 feet.
- Bonus Experience: Enjoy a video shoot of your underwater session for performance review and cherish memories of marine life.
