Gain the skills and knowledge that could save the life of your dive buddy or someone you care about.
The Emergency First Response® Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) course combines flexible self-study and in-person training. Through the first phase the course will teach participants how to respond and provide care when faced with life-threatening emergencies. Practice a skill until you feel confident before moving on to the next one. Learn eight essential skills for helping others in an emergency. Get hands-on experience administering CPR using a special manikin, practice bandaging and splinting, and apply your new skills in a role-playing scenario.
Taught by a very experienced First Aid Instructor Trainer, you'll develop practical skills and the confidence for how you should respond in an emergency. Starting with individual elements, by the end of the course you'll be combining these into comprehensive scenarios to showcase your first aid knowledge and response awareness.
We can schedule this course at our classroom in Romford on an evening of your choice, or at our dive centre training room at Blackshots Leisure Centre in Grays.
