Whether purpose-sunk as an artificial reef for scuba divers, or lost as the result of an accident, wrecks are fascinating windows to the past. Ships, airplanes and even cars are fascinating to explore and usually teem with aquatic life.
Upon arrival at the dive shop, you will meet your Instructor, fill out any remaining paperwork, and get sized for any gear you may need. You will have a quick classroom session to review the learning materials as well as practice reeling out a wreck!
Your dives will take place in the many wrecks we have here off Miami Beach, most confiscated form the U.S Customs and placed as part of an artificial reef program.
Some of our wrecks still sit perfectly upright while others have some damaged from Hurricanes but regardless which sites you go to there are plenty of areas for penetration.
Our wrecks are home to Goliath Groupers, Bull Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Green Moray Eels, and the occasional Spotted Eagle Ray!
