Are you looking for something extraordinary or to do something others can only dream of or even help people transform their lives? All of this, and more, awaits you as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. This program is one of two distinct components of PADI's Instructor Development Course (IDC).
The first few days of the Instructor Development Course if the Assistant Instructor Course, followed by the Open Water Scuba Instructor program. The course redefines the standard for instructor training. Coupled with PADI's educational materials, the PADI IDC allows you to learn quickly and effectively. The objective of the IDC is to prepare you for the PADI IE (Instructor Examination) and to prepare candidates for "Real World" teaching after the IDC/IE process.
Your days will start at 8:00, when you will have an academic sessions with presentations and various workshops, and then in the afternoon you will complete the confined and open water presentations. Specifically during the course you will learn how to apply to the PADI System of Education by presenting at least:
- 3 confined water teaching presentations.
- 3 knowledge development presentations.
- Two open water teaching presentations integrating two skills.
We offer a package that includes the AI (Assistant Instructor Course), the OWSI (Open Water Scuba Instructor Course), the EFRI (Emergency First Responder Instructor, which is compulsory to do when becoming a PADI OWSI), and the MSDT prep (Master Scuba Diver Trainer Instructor). Does NOT include the materials, exam and application fees.
