The Freediver course includes an additional open water session for you to fine-tune your skills, dive deeper, and explore further. Push your static apnea limits and train to reach a depth of 10m-16m. Study at your own pace with PADI eLearning.
We meet onshore for a short classroom session to go over the basics, including safety procedures and any questions about the knowledge development. Then, we get in the water for our confined session, where we will practice static apnea, dynamic apnea, duck dives, and rescue procedures.
That afternoon we take our new skills out into the open water to fine-tune technique, practice constant weight and free immersion dives, as solidify rescue procedures.
The next morning during our final open water session you'll get a chance to push your limits to a maximum depth of 16m while practicing responsible buddy protocols, shallow water blackout rescue, and loss of motor control rescue.
