Nitrox helps you get the most out of your dives by extending your bottom time. Your EANx certification can be completed in just a few hours! We offer Nitrox for our divers on all boat dives and is recommended for all our Ni'ihau trips and Morning boats dives!

Enriched air, also known as nitrox or EANx, contains less nitrogen than regular air.
Breathing less nitrogen means you can enjoy longer dives and shorter surface intervals. No wonder Enriched Air Diver is the most popular PADI® specialty.

PADI 5 Star Dive Center

All of the boat dives are guided tours led by our experienced and highly trained dive guides. We keep the groups small, maximum of seven certified divers per guide. If you don't have a dive buddy we will pair you with the guide. We have high quality rental equipment from SCUBAPRO and dive computers for all certified divers diving from the boat.

Seasport Divers participates in the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program. Sometimes called a resort class, this program allows Non-Certified divers to experience the thrill of the underwater world with an Instructor right there by your side. Participate in a short lesson and then perform the skills you learned with the gear on in the pool. Swim around for a while and get comfortable and now your ready for the next step . . . the ocean!!

What to expect

Learn why nitrox allows you to make longer dives and how to dive nitrox safely. EANx divers need to know what mix they’ve got (and, therefore, their MOD). In the initial phase you'll learn how to analyze a tank with an oxygen analyser to check the percentage of oxygen in the cylinder before diving. Learn how to fill out an enriched air log, and set your dive computer for nitrox. You can complete the knowledge portion of this course locally or online with eLearning. If completing the knowledge portion online you must show up to the class with the online elearning completed!
