PADI 5 Star Dive Center

Koh Chang Divers formed in early 2017 managed by two partners who are PADI Instructors who are daily involved in the teaching and guiding divers.

We are located in the Fisherman's village of Bang Bao, Koh Chang and can be easily found on the main street leading to the pier.

Our mission statement, 'The theory is important but it is time in the water that makes the diver' , is the root of our policy to make sure we guarantee all our students on any course much more dive time than the minimum standards required. Ratios of 2 students per instructor and small groups are the norm. That also has a positive effect on the time our fun divers can spend in the water. Registration and equipment is almost always organised the day before the event so 'queues' at the dive centre are eliminated. We have our own boat, a converted fishing boat, recently overhauled and redesigned as a dedicated dive boat.

We welcome snorkelers who understand that we are a Diving operation and we always advise the suitability of our trips for snorkeling.

What to expect

Boat diving from the pier in Bang Bao, Koh Chang. 08.30 start from our centre - pickup available.

Advanced information requested to prepare equipment for confirmation by diver on arrival.

Prompt start to get us to the dive sites first avoiding 'dive crowds'. See pristine coral reefs described by many as the best in Thailand. See a 100 metre long shipwreck turning into a magnificent coral reef. Enormous numbers of fish - and the occasional Whaleshark.

Visting 3 sites most days we finish +/- 16:00 each day.

Pick Up Information

Free service from resorts starting at White Sands Beach then South down the Western coast of Koh Chang. We will pick up from any mutually identifiable point. Please contact for tariff for pick up from elsewhere on the island.
