Scuba Shack is a PADI 5 star dive center located on Koh Tao in the Gulf of Thailand. A beautiful tropical island surrounded by warm waters and amazing coral reefs. Whether you are a certified diver or would like to learn to dive we can help. With over 20 dive sites, ranging from shallow bays to deeper off shore sites we have something for everyone. We keep group sizes small with a maximum of 4 people per instructor or dive master and leave early in the mornings to avoid the crowds guaranteeing you are the only divers on the site. We can also help with booking accommodation and provide a free pick up from the pier on your arrival. All PADI courses are available in a variety of languages. Contact us for more information.

No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

What to expect

You will meet you PADI instructor who will explain basic dive theory while going over the Discover Scuba Dive pamphlet which takes just around 30 minutes. Your instructor will prepare all the equipment and then we start in shallow water where you take the first breaths under water and after we practice a few simple skills before taking you straight for the dive. Back on the boat we have a break, change the dive site and then we go for a second dive. This will be one of the best days you've ever had!
