Younger than 15 but over 12 year old can enroll in the Basic Freediver. - Basic swimming skill. - Good physical health. - No prior experience with other snorkeling or diving is required. What you - Freediving theory - Confined water in pool to do Static Apnea 90 seconds and Dynamic Apnea 25 meters/80 feet. - Open water sessions, Goal to do Constant weight of 10 meters/30 feet. Join us to prove that "human is no limit"

What to expect

We began our first days as soon as you arrived in Thailand's Koh Tao, one of the best places for diving. Then spend two hours studying theory. Next mooning start with pool in the morning and going to a good location for diving in the sea to appreciate the marine life. For the last days, we have been improving your skills in the pool before attempting to dive 10 meters down in the afternoon.
