No prior experience with scuba diving is required. You must be in good physical health and be able to float for 10 minutes and swim 200 m unaided and without stopping.

What to expect

Ready to start your scuba journey in the heart of Komodo National Park?
At Dragon Dive Komodo, we kick things off with a warm welcome and a short theory session to get you confident. You’ll learn the basics of scuba diving through PADI eLearning or in-person with our experienced instructors.

Then it’s time to suit up! In the pool or shallow sea, you'll practice breathing underwater and handling your gear like a pro 🫧. Once you’re comfortable, we’ll head out for two real open water dives — surrounded by Komodo’s vibrant marine life, colorful reefs, and crystal-clear waters 🌊🐠.

By the end, you’ll be a PADI Scuba Diver, certified to dive anywhere in the world with a PADI Pro.
