PADI 5 Star Dive Center

Devocean Divers Malapascua is a PADI 5 Star accredited Instructor development dive centre located on Malapascua Island, easily one of the best dive islands in the world and offers spectacular daily diving with Thresher shark. Located just off the northern tip of Cebu, it is easily accessible by Mactan International Airport, and a pleasant road and boat transfer.

Embraced by crystal clear waters, Malapascua is an idyllic island paradise where dreams come true! Devocean Divers offers fun dives, dive safaris and PADI dive courses encompassing all levels of experience, with safe, experienced guides and multilingual instructors. Devocean Divers has received the highest rating from PADI and we are proud to operate as a 5 Star PADI IDC Center.

Malapascua is famed for the daily thresher shark sightings, but you could also see whitetip, blacktip, hammerhead and even tiger sharks here. Sting rays, manta rays, a seemingly endless variety of tropical marine life, and a couple of shipwrecks too. Between dives sit back and relax on a beautiful tropical island with golden sands and coconut trees all along the coastline.

At night a huge variety of restaurants and places to enjoy a few drinks. Enjoy Filipino and international cuisine with your feet in the sand. Malapascua Island really is a divers paradise.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Min. certification: Advanced Open Water Certification required
  • Min logged dives: +50 logged dives required
  • To start you must be a Rescue Diver with a current (taken of renewed in the last 24 months) CPR and First Aid certificate. This training can be combined with the Divemaster course if needed.
