For more than 25 years, our instructors have had the great pleasure of taking students, snorkelers and divers of all levels on incredible life-changing adventures around the globe. We have seen the way scuba brings people together, and firmly believe that when people come together, anything is possible. 

We founded One Ocean Scuba to use diving education and a love of the ocean as tools to provide outreach into the local community and around the world. Whether you are a new diver earning your certification, an advanced diver looking to perfect your wreck diving skills, or an enthusiastic diver who wants to join the professional ranks of diving in order to share your love of the underwater world with others, we want to take that journey with you. 

As you look through our course offerings, try to imagine the path you want to take as a diver. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 10+
  • Min. certification: None
  • Min logged dives: None
  • No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

What to expect

You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. When you make your open water dive, you’ll practice some more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear. Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive. Have fun swimming around and exploring. Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course. Most of all, have fun!
