PADI 5 Star Dive Center

Asia Divers and El Galleon Resort are a PADI Five Star CDC center and one of the longest-serving scuba diving centers in the Philippines.

Located just a few hours from Manila and a short boat ride from Batangas, Asia Divers offers the perfect getaway. With over 30 years of experience in training divers, from absolute beginners to instructor levels, they also cater to certified divers with a range of daily fun dives, visiting local dive sites in Sabang and organizing day trips to locations like Verde Island.

Guests can enjoy high-quality service and comfort at Asia Divers and El Galleon Dive Resort. The resort features a spacious diving platform with a large pontoon, allowing easy access to and from the boats. Additionally, there is a large storage area for gear, a dedicated camera room, and rinse tanks for photographers.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18+
Min. certification: Advanced Open Water Certification required
Min logged dives: +50 logged dives required
Prior to enrolling in PADI Divemaster, you must be at least 18 years old, have a current medical attesting to your diving fitness signed by a physician within the previous 12 months, and be a certified PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue or hold qualifying certifications from another dive training organization. You must also have completed a Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care course (or other sanctioned first aid and CPR course) within the past 24 months and be able to prove that you have completed at least 40 dives (60 before being able to complete the Divemaster course with experience of deep dives, night dives and underwater navigation).

What to expect

Jumping into your PADI Divemaster course at Asia Divers will put you in good hands with an experienced instructor team. We have been in operation for over 33 years and have trained many PADI pros along the way. The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level within the PADI System and can open your world up to some new and exciting changes. If you have some free time, why not spend a month or so with us?! Many of our previous Divemaster candidates have chosen to do this so that they can get lots of experience along the way. From here you can go also go right on to your instructor training with us. We offer IDC's several times a year.
