Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas is Nassau's premier attraction featuring water-based activities. The company is divided into five divisions. Three divisions offer activities for tourists on the island: Dive Bahamas, Snorkel Bahamas, and SUB Bahamas & SNUBA. The remaining two divisions are Fin Photo and Stuart Cove's Underwater Productions. They now offer PADI Instructor Development Programs and other GoPro options.

  • No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

What to expect

You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. You will practice basic skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure. Get ready to: 1) Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear. 2) Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. 3) Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive. 4) Have fun swimming around and exploring. 5) Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.

Our Stuart Cove's shuttle bus will pick you up at all major hotels, the cruise port or point along the main route. Please wait outside the lobby in plain view. Our buses are easy to spot with STUART COVE'S in pink on the side.
