With the Open Water Diver course you start to get to know the fascinating underwater world. The course teaches you the basics of diving theory and diving practice. After the first theory lessons, you will learn how to use your diving equipment.
During a relaxed meeting in the diving school you will learn more about the OWD course and we can get to know each other better.
The course consists of three units:
Theory ......... swimming pool training ....... open water dives
You will receive a book or a code to download the book onto a notebook or laptop. In the book there are then 5 modules that you have to read and fill in the repetition questions at the end. To reinforce what you have learned, you will receive a DVD on which everything in the book can be seen in the picture. You also get a foretaste of swimming pool training. We then go through the repetition questions in theory (1st evening module 1-3 and 2nd evening 4 + 5). After the theoretical units of the various modules, a small test is then carried out with 10 questions, and after module 5 there is a final test with 50 questions.
In the swimming pool training, approx. 4-5 appointments, we will then carry out various exercises in a relaxed atmosphere to get you "fit" for the underwater world. Of course, the fun doesn't fall by the wayside. The "speed" of performing the exercises is up to you, there is no stress.
In the 4 open water dives we will repeat the different exercises you have learned in the swimming pool and at the end of the 4 dives we can welcome you as a new open water diver.
