Start your underwater adventure with the PADI Open Water Diver course - your first step into the world of scuba diving! Learn essential dive theory, practice skills in shallow water, and explore the ocean on thrilling open water dives.
The PADI Open Water Course is divided in three parts. First it comes the Knowledge Development that consists in learning the fundamentals of Scuba Diving from the videos and e-Learning from PADI institution. After each of the 5 chapters you have a knowledge review, quizzes and a final exam at the end. We will email you to confirm your participation and receive participant details to sign you up for e-Learning. This is important to complete before practical component of the course, so you have prior understanding!
The next step it will be your first diving of the course in confined water (pool) or in the shallow lagoon. You will put in practice what you have learnt on the theoretical part, mastering the skills with your dive instructor.
Following the confined water training, you will finally go into the open water! In this stage you will have to perform correctly the most important dive skills during four dives, so your instructor will know that you are ready to be a safe and competent diver. After the skills are completed during each dive, you may have the opportunity to explore the beautiful dive site depending on the time remaining!
Now you are ready to become a PADI Open Water Certified Diver and you can enjoy and discover this new world with your dive buddy or Instructor up to 18 mt depth. PADI Certification is valid all over the world.
