You need adequate swimming skills and in-water comfort, with good physical health. No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.

What to expect

The course usually takes 3 days. Day 1 is a shorter day consisting of theory, exercises and confined water. Days 2 and 3 will be a little theory followed by open water sessions in a beautiful cenote.

The course price includes an eLearning program which you need to complete before the end of Day One. The course also includes transportation to and entrance fees to the cenotes.
